mysterious trim/86.5 white package?

Two years ago I bought a white 86.5 NA Supra. It has white wheels and white trim. It came with a certificate that says it is one of 80 Supras with the "Long Beach of California pace car trim." The certificate says it's called that because a Supra with that trim was the pace car of a race in Long Beach (obviously). Also the white trim is different than on other Supras. It is black on the top and bottom and white in the middle instead of solid white. The trim is also shaped differently, so it wasn't just black trim that was painted. Since I bought the car I haven't found any other supra's with that trim. Anybody know anything about it?

The car didn't originally have a spoiler. I also added the black SUPRA decal on the back

I have only seen pictures of the supra long beach pace cars and I want one. Are they turbocharged or what is the deal with them? I would like to hear from someone who knows more about the long beach pace cars and what class of racing it was. Post some pics!

Ban if pics are not up in the next couple of days. Just kidding but I want to see this car, it has almost turboA stigma with it.

Yea I know I need pics. I'll try to get some very soon. The car is NA. I checked the certificate and I was wrong. There were only eighty made. Also it says the trim and wheels were painted to match the cars exterior color. I guess that means mine just happens to be white but if the car was red it would have red wheels and trim. Possibly.

That sounds pretty cool, man. I'm sure that with some of us MKIII purists that's a hot commodity-even if some of us just found out that it exists. Too bad it's not turbo, though.

Ideal-I don't think that's the exact car that he's talking about. That one has the writing on the side, multi-colored trim and the amber snow-plow truck lights on the top. ;)

I don't know anything about whether it's metal backed or not. The only problem I've had with it is a small part of the white on the passenger door was worn off (not peeling or anything like that, just worn down somehow). I touched it up with some paint and its hardly noticable.
