Yes it was chopped quite a bit below the stock plenum to absolutely make sure it wouldnt hit the hood.
Yes its a rolled tube with a section cut out welded onto the runners. The first pics says it all.
I have struts but Im 1.9m tall so I unbolt them to save my back, stupid low raising hood =)
Its an OEM saab catch can from I believe 2000 and up since their new low friction engines had some serious blow by problems so this one is probably one of the best oil traps out there and yes its plastic without the bling, the way I like it =)
Lower and upper runners and runners entering the plenum have all gotten some TLC, even my TB got some air grinder love.
With a maft pro some pipes will be eliminated Ill post up a final pic when its all done.
