Well nothing much to write, the pics speaks for themselves. The grime on the 4" tube got there because the shop had to roll it from sheetmetal.
But it will be cleand up when finished. Not sure if Im going sandblasted and cleared or just all black.
Im right now hacking up the brake booster fitting and ics flange and its a real pain in the ass, thick as hell and it takes a lot of grinding to get a nice radius to mate to the 4" tube. This build is not hard at all you just have to have a few air tools and o lot of patience with the grinder.
And, off course Im using a breathing mask and I hope everyone does when when fabbing metal especially aluminium.
More pics later.

Now to try finding my sheet metal cone calculator program that I lost :nono:
Enter small and large diameter and hight, viola, a printable flat cone to transfer onto the metal. Plz put up a link if you know where to find it.

Thx alot for all the positive comments.

So this is my progress for today. Dont laugh at the copper pipes plz, they will be painted black so no worries :icon_bigg

If you havnt seen a saab oil trap before, now you have. No bling or fancy crap, OEM proven stuff!

Pipes from valvecovers are 10mm id and Im not sure thats big enough. The stock pipe is a tad bigger.

Having some problem getting correct wire travel for the line pressure cable. New TB has a wheel thats too big and the stocker is too small so junkyard here I come.

Now for the pics:

that manifold looks awesome!..are planning on running it with the lexus afm, if so have you considered which air/fuel piggyback/ems system to go with..also have you considered cold start injection or will it be necessary.and what size throttle body you got there..cant wait to see your progress unfold..good work man!

Thnx Leonard77.
Yes there is a lex on there with 720cc injectors and Im going to run E85.
Its a summer car so hopefully I can get away with no CSI but we will see.
This season it will run on the Toyota computer with an safc. Id like a maft pro but they are expensive here used.
Sometimes they show up on SM but they are bought before I see them or the seller isnt keen on shipping it to europe.
The TB is the ones sold everywhere, 3" to match piping.

Got the LP wire figured out.
Since the larger TB flows more, the LP is at 100% when throttle is at about 75% thats why the spring is there.
Possibly going to lengthen the puller so pressure rises even earlier thus hopping to lengthen trans life a bit.
Its not very pretty but "hey what did you expect" :icon_bigg

what catch can are you running? Did you fab that up yourself?
It looks awesome man! I plan on hacking up one of my spare manifolds I have here and making one for myself as well. Probably will do it with the N/A manifold I have. Did you gasket match the upper and lower runners for better flow?
