My supra stalled out last night

So last night i was driving normally and as i stopped at a stop sign my car just stalled out it turned back on without no problem but what can be causing this? Also i have another problem when i floor the throttle my temp gauge goes down to cold and when i let go of the gas it comes back up to the middle. Any help is greatly appreciated..

TPS is not input nor a part of the combination meter. It has to be mechanical, and air in the system. The water pump is stirring it up. Air over the ECT sensor will read cold. Unless there is some sort of home station wiring going on, but I am not sure how that would work out.

Did it chug and die out ? Or did it just shut off like you took out the key

Are you turbo? If so so you have an after market bov that is not recirculated? If so, when the bov goes off, the car runs rich, and you stall.

It will stall sometimes at normal idle and if it wants to itll turn on. Last night i got lucky because it turned on as soon as i turned the key

Also when i stall out and the car doesnt turn back on ill get a Code 12 RPM signal

I think its the wiring to your CPS

yep check your cps. a common weak spot.
