The white car is a 89 and a very clean targa shell with virtually no rust. From what i heard it was an original Cali car, so probably never driven in snow. Most of the parts from the black car will be used to complete the white car (steering wheel, gram lights, abflug sides and rear and other little things). Things that wont make it to the white car will be the w58, bbk, and coilovers. Whether ill put the 7M in the white car or not will be decided last.

First stage of mods will be focused on the chassis and body.

I am in the process of removing the front and rear subframe. I have poly subframe bushings heading over from RonnieK :) The plan is to coat the subframes with Por15 and replace every suspension bushing with poly. If anyone has any tips it would be awesome

stay tuned for more updates

o yea! the red headed stepchild supra hehe

Clear sun shade, umm.... Well i guess it can't be called a sun shade since i dont think it will block much sun, lol.

Your black one didn't look that bad, but as always it is hard to tell from the pics.

my cousin who im giving the black car to wants em so theyre staying with the car.

i have a set of mk4 rears sitting around, im thinking about fabbing up brackets so i can go with mk4 fronts and 350z track rotors. (my reasoning behind this is because the mk4 has fantastic brakes from the factory and theyre OEM too)

To use the MKIV fronts, you'd likely have to use the MKIV front spindles. In doing so, the wheels will sit further toward the rear of the car in the wheel well. It looks like anus.

To reinforce the subframe, you should strengthen the areas where the differential bolts through. I'm at work and can't go into detail with paint and show you but if you look at it, it will make sense. Just get some steel plate and weld it to the subframe.

as far as that weight, I think it's a snubber for movement or a weight to drop down NVH....
