my parking/tail lights went out

The whole story.
Put a 2 12s in and was driving down the street and my cluster lights went out suddenly. Then find that all the parking and license lights were out too. Pulled the Tail fuse and it was blown. Took the subs out and and tried another fuse and it blew again. Then tried a 20 fuse and blew that as well. I messed up essentially and need help.

Also my light Fail Sensor light isn't on.

this happened as soon as you put your subs in? where did you put them? did you mess with any of the car's wiring?

It happened that same day at night. It was the first time turning them up that night. And while I was driving after about 3mins with the lights on and they suddenly went out. I didn't mess with any of the cars wiring. The subs were in the back seat and I grounded the amp on one of the bolts holding down the wood cover hinge. I checked the Rheostat for the cluster lights and it was good.
