I'm here because i've owned 7 mk3's in the past, 2 being 1JZ swaps. You never know when I might have another. I've contributed to this community whether you see it or not, but the only reason I posted here was to clear my name.

it sucks when someone puts so much work into a project, then let it off their hands thinking their doing someone else a favor, and that person turns around and screws u over by selling ur hard work..... especially when they know they didnt pick up a wrench to make the masterpiece..

Well, I have a few facts that I would like to point out for everyone. MAybe this will open up some peoples eyes as to whats really going on....
1. if you look at the auction it plainly says "of the 8 mk3s I have owned this is the most fun for me" ok, he said in my thread that he had owned 7...+ my car = 8, so you do the math
2. I had my wife call the number on the auction, and it was mk1spyder on the line- He is known as Shaggy to his friends. He said he had nothing to do with it, but why is his number listed as contact for the car info????? I would be dumbfounded if someone called me and asked me for info on a car that I didnt even know was for sale!
3. I have talked to the high bidder on the car and he allowed me access to his account to see the questions and responses from the seller of the car, because he has seen this thread, and he is starting to think this seller is shady- In one question, he asked about the validity of the thread content on sm, and the seller replied with ugly comments about me,saying I was "full of crap", and that I was "just mad because he is getting a fair-decent amount of money out of the car" and said that he had sold it to me once before, and that I sold it back to him because I fell into debt, and I couldnt fix the car anyway. He gave his number, and offered to have the bidder come for a test drive.(WHATS FUNNY IS THAT THE NUMBER HE LEFT WAS SHAGGYS NUMBER TOO!!! I KNOW THAT IT IS SHAGGY'S NUMBER BECAUSE MY WIFE CALLED HIM- AS PREVIOUSLY STATED) So, I then provided the bidder with the lein release, bill of sale, and carfax report all showing me as the owner of the car for the past 2 years. He is asking the seller now if he has any proof that it was HIM, not me who owned this car for so many years. I know for a fact that he wont have any proof, and I dont want this guy to buy a car not knowing what it is.
4.The seller is also falsely claiming that the engine only has 10k on it, and I also have proof of purchase on the engine swap that was put into this car, and it shows that the engine had approx 30k to 50k on it when it was put in. The car was not driven after the swap was put in, until I bought the car, then it has been driven for over 2 yrs by me- it now has approx 90k on it.
5. There is a member here named dachande, who can also verify that I have had this car for the past 2 yrs. I was attempting to sell it when I lived in SC, and he was going to buy it.He pmed me today, and said that he remembered the car, as he saw it in 05 in simpsonville, sc. If I havent had the car, then how would that be possible?!
I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT I HAVE OWNED THIS CAR SINCE MARCH OF 04- WHEN I TRADED MY MAXIMA FOR IT IN S.C. AND I HAVE ALL OF THE PROOF TO BACK ME UP. I HAVE HAD A LEIN ON THE CAR 3 TIMES SINCE I HAVE OWNED IT AND I HAVE ALL OF THE PAPERWORK ON THOSE TOO. I EVEN SOLD IT ONCE AND HAD TO REPO IT AFTER A MONTH AND A HALF!

Thanks guys, Im glad that everyone here sees that I am not the bad guy. I also saw a few more messages that the high bidder sent and received, and now the seller is saying that I am a "jealous bitch", and that I am just "mad because HE thought to put it on ebay". He said that he can twist the story all he wants to legally, as long as he doesnt LIE about the condition of the car. LMFAO!!!!!! I wonder if he knows that there is a hefty fine for selling a car and not diclosing the CORRECT MILEAGE AND SALVAGE HISTORY!!!(because it is still listed as salvaged) All I know is that I havent lied about anything, and this guy wont even reply to the question that the bidder asked about whether or not he had any proof that he had owned the car for soooo many years. All he said was that when he sold the car to me, I registered it in my name, and then when I sold it back to him, he just never registered it-thats why its been in my name for almost 3 yrs. Well, like they say, what you send out, you get back ten fold.
GodSpeed, Im SOOOO glad you got the FACTS and set it out there... Now I really dont feel bad about coming down on this guy... I feel like I've been in sales, and my current profession, long enough that I can sense bullshit pretty well... I had that gut feeling, and you were able to back it up with facts... I also appreciate this community for recognizing this as well... Its cool how we look out for one another... Its a shame that we have guys like this make thier way into the community, only to churn it up, but its nice to see level headedness calm the waters...
