Just make it high enough so that the tire barely clears the fender arch, while turning. If the tire ends up pulling the fender out...that could be fixed.:naughty:

they're work vs-tx 19s fronts are 26 and the rears are 22 offsets

How is the ride quality...? Is it really firm with the 19's...? Do you have the settings on the struts on full soft...or...?

They're stiff enough. I have them a click away from the stiffest settings just so they do rub on freeway dips.
