SWEEET:icon_bigg. Professional helping a noob, thanks a bunch. I'm in school for graphics right now, the technical stuff mainly ( AutoCAD, Solidworks, ect.). Have taking some courses in photoshop and indesign and I have gotten better at it. Just need more practice.

I attach the original picture, the first one I did with the flare and the one I tried to fix.
Thanks

I fixed the sunspot on the door, took out a lot of the yellow (it was a bit on the warm side), and took out the cyan and blue overtones from the shadow and on the wheels. I also brightened it about as much as possible with it being a low res pic.

It's a good pic. The angle is nice and so is the composition; but, it's waaaay dark. And the shadow is a bit much. As a general rule, it's easier to get away with darkening an image rather that lightening one. So remember to try and have the sun at your back. Then of course keep your own shadow out of the way. Unless that's your intention.

All in all...Nice work...and SWEET RIDE!! :biglaugh:

Tip of the day: If you're using CS, get acquainted with the 'Patch Tool'. ;)

Thanks for your work. Looks great. I can't see that flare at all and the wheels look more natural. As for the shadow I did take pixs of the car from the other side with the sun on it. Yes it is hard to keep your shadow out of the pic, I know what you mean by that. Thanks for the advice too.

Please make sure when lowering your car that the back is at least 1/2 an inch lower than the front.

That way it looks like its lauching... which true RWD cars can do!
