lol...i know you were joking...sadly...i laugh at those camaro jokes too

like when you buy a trailor in kentucky it comes with a rusted out camaro on blocks...

but lets not focus on us racing each other...lets focus on the more important goal...making honda owners feel even stupider...and i love the color...they are my school colors so nobody can question my school spirit anymore

although getting that car outta the parking lot with the 3500 stall convertor thats on it now will be a pain in the ass

The bra would have been the least of my concerns...
I honestly would have stood back scratching my head saying "where to start"
I would get a set of reasonable-looking wheels, some good tires, and for christ sake... get rid of the lemon-meringue paint!
Not to mention the scone filter...

so ive been thinkin for awhile if i should make this thread or not...but i decided i cant let some of the muscle car lovers on here be denied by this diamond in the rough...

i found this car in a local ad paper and just had to call the guy...he is holding it for me and my dad and i are going to pick her up saturday...

this is what $1500 can get you if you know what to look for:evil2:

$500 in rims
$150 in tires
$300 spoiler
$400 hood

and dont worry...the fugly bra is off...

here is what im MOST proud about...street built 350
eldbrock carb, intake, and manifold
it has a cam swap that gives it a niice lobe
dual into single exhaust (for now) that has a niice growl and only gets meaner as the RPMs go higher
MSD ignition and a performance coil

:naughty: i like that $1500 deal!! and she runs!!! now could someone check out my forsale thread?? the supra has to go now... :-( i know...its sad...BUT my parts resource for muscle cars are greater than toyota parts
Welcome to the "dark side" Btw, that is a very nice f-body man!

FINALLY!! someone that knows me!! haha and isnt far from my house either!!

for all the haters out there...sorry i couldnt find a trans am or firebird in my price range...but if you want to call a camaro a rednecks car...GO FOR IT! thats why a stock 1968 Camaro sold for over $1,000,000 at the auburn-cord deusenburg auction last year...yupp...once RICH and SMART redneck...id like to see a supra sell for that much...

this body style is on its way to being a classic VERY shortly...and we should ALL know its not about the way your car looks...its what is under the hood...and this has alot of power under the hood with LOTS more potential

THANKS!!

i know how amazing these cars are...my dads first car was a beat up 68 Camaro RS/SS and he has owned over 20 f-bodies and over 200cars all together...needless to say...it runs in the family and is the main reason for me wanting one

I applaud this. At least you aren't going to be another of the hundreds who buy the car, can't afford to maintain/mod it, so wind up trashing it due to lack of maintainance or even worse doing bullshit hack job mods to it.

Good move!

He is indeed a rare one. :)

I was only showing sarcasm, though.

I would probably have to say closer to thousands rather than hundreds, though. I've seen a lot of attempted restorations that have went down the gutter. :icon_conf

So will you still be frequenting Supramania or are you going to become a muscle head and start referring to us as rice? :biglaugh:
