My MKIII was broken into and parts stolen!

Within the last three days, someone broke into my supra. They busted out the passengers side window and stole the factory radio and center panel with the ac controls. I have only had a few minutes to look at it so there may be other parts missing. I live in the mid Ohio valley area so if anyone has any info I would be very grateful.

lol thats it? I was expecting to see more then some old ass 20+ year old radio! Besides a broken window i'd say you got lucky! Sucks that it happened though....

Yes I agree. I have seen one other mkiii in town a couple weeks ago, but these are very scarce in the mid Ohio valley. It's an 87. I'm going back to look at it more closely tomorrow and see what the full extent of the damage is. Ill post back when I know. Thanks for keeping your eyes open though.

Yeah i agree , a usual car jacker or breaker in this time now wouldn't really bother with those consoles since it doesn't have any value to them (well in my country). Like they said. I could of been another supra owner. Keep an eye out for near by mk3 owners in your area. Sorrie to hear that .


Could of been worse. My one was taken for a joyride and hit a pole on the front side so the shell is quite bent, stole (only the front face of the cd player) the rest of the body they needed was bolted on so they couldn't take it out, I left my coin box there which was a big mistake too. I loved it too much to let it go so i repaired it and had to get a new drive shaft and another engine. In the bright side I wouldn't done a new project build and the engine was on its last leg too. So I guess it was gonna a good out come for me in the end ^.^. But if i ever find those guys that did that to my car I'd throw a fridge at them.

it has to be another Supra owner who either can't find the parts he needs and desperatly wanted them but that is just sad and stupid. I hate theives. I hope you find them and stab them in the face with a soldering iron.

Either another Supra owner or just a tweaker stealing random shit... That's weird. Why would you want a stock radio in this day and age? :dunno:
