had a busy weekend, with working on the supra and the house.
Big thanks to my mates Malcolm and ewan for their help with the carbon trim.

Malcolm did the carbon work and ewan made the mould.

Started stripping the engine bay ready for painting, found a few small bits of rust which we will cut out, but overall its pretty good.

Just using a wire brush on a grinder to strip the paint at the moment, its going to take me awhile.

Im a little worried, because with the engine bay on its way to looking so nice i will probably have to drop the cross member and steering rack and get all that stuff looking nice. it has opened a can of worms :lol:

Went to order the turbo GT3582R, but they are out of stock at the moment. doh! but no rush.

Just want to get this thing finished so i can start spending more time and money on our house. 8)

Not many bits left to buy now. might be able to get it going for suprafest.

big thanks to Ben for the blitz dsbc and turbo timer
now i gotta start thinking about how to mount everything.

gauges i have to mount are
boost - Sorted
oil pressure-sorted
volts (might not run as i think turbo timer does this)
water temp
air/fuel
oil pressure

what have people done? i dont really want to mount anything on the a piller


also, thought i better post some pics of whats been done in the interior.
Although these pics are old, i have full black interior now and vdo dayton speakers up front
