Very nice, cant wait to see the Teins on the car.Oh and that supra rally stuff looks like its soo much fun!

Me either, the car looks pretty crap with the 17" and stock suspension. It should really change the looks and when I put the bodykit on and some buff and polish.

I love that color

Thanks, the paint is pretty bad shape, let's see what my friend can make of it in the spring, he's a car detailer.

Some updates finally.

I got the Tein HA's installed but unfortunately the top adjustment rings are stuck as hell on three of the coilovers. We disasembled one and put it on a bench vice and tried to force it open but it was a no go. I'll have to buy new rings and just break the current rings in half. The car sits now a little lower than with the stock Bilsteins, but I'd like to go lower for 1-2".

I've entered to a track day / drifting event with the car and I've had a blast. Next weekend there's another one, I hope I can get some video footage from it. Here's few pictures of the previous event:

EDIT: Also I need to change the rear exhaust silencer. The Trust one that is on the car now looks and sounds like shit and the silencer has broken in the tubing and leaking. I'll have to find a SS generic one and weld that in place of it.

Finally got some pics that are worth showing.

I ditched the Tein coilovers because the adjusting rings were stuck and I didnt want to remove then all over again and mess with them so I bought some K-Sport coilovers. The ride is very smooth, even too smooth for my taste. I might have to change the spring rates later on if I keep the car. But so far, I really like the K-Sports.

My friend cut and polished the paintwork and it make a remarkable difference in the car. I also had the trim, wing and mirrors painted red and installed a G-Racer front bumper. Bomex side skirts and rear quarter panels will be added later.

Here's some pics :)

There's still some work to do. For example a new exhaust system, S-AFC, Bomex side skirts and spats, tint, subframe spacers etc.

There's so many parts that are unknown that I've seen for a number of JDM cars.. you have to wonder how many of those no name exhausts or other mods like downpipes etc. are actually by well known companies, small companies or just a custom job. A lot of them look a little too perfect to be a fab job IMO. Though I wouldn't put it past them to create something of that quality and precision.

OH!!! You're the one that had the reallllly nice dark blue one!

Man, this car is exactly, 99%, what I would do to a MK3 if I get another one.

PS: You should think about relocating the battery to the rear. It doesn't cost that much and it takes a good bit of weight off the front.

Installed the new wheels and exhaust. I also installed the Night pager BBK kit at the same time. Too bad the wheels are +45 offset, I had to grind quite alot from the calipers and even install 8mm spacers for the wheels to clear the calipers. Also the wheels would look alot better with a +25-30 Offset. I might change the wheels later on if I find a good deal on new ones.

Your car is pure sex.

I NEED your front bumper.

NOW!!!!

The rest of the car attached would not be unwelcome either
