If people want to waste their money getting a "turbo look" but without a turbo, then what the hell... let them. Ric may as well make some money off it. I think it's sheer brilliance.
As long as all units are sold so that it holds the designer and manufacturer free from all responsibility of any and all damages incurred through the use of said product, the rice boys can't say shit all to anyone except a mirror when a rock flies through their radicooler and fucks their stuff up. Hence, waiver.

Do it, it will sell, and you'll make lots of money. How do you think all the other people selling car shit on Ebay make their money? BY CATERING TO THE RICER COMMUNITY. If I had the supplies to make ricer parts, I'd do it, because it's a huge community with money on their hands, even though I don't support it.

There is already front mount intakes for civics. These work best because the plumbing as short as possible you get a forced induction sense to it. coldest air to pull from. blocks air off minimaly to radiator. but not as efficiant as wrx scoop or TA WS package scoops.
Your intake plumbing would be too long meaning less engine response short ram gives you more but you dont want to suck air out of the engine bay but through a hood scoop for ram air.
BIG reason having an intercooler block the air off your radiator to cool of the air charge is bad for an NA because an NA doesnt have the intermediate pump need to suck and push air into the motor that the turbo does and since the turbo compresses air and causes air to get hot you need the intercooler.
As the Honda APC look alike FMIC cools air down it becomes more denser and harder for the engine to work to suck it through all the plumbing meaning you loose a crap load of HP no one will buy a look like thing and loose power.
So now that the FMIC is not functional as proven for a NA car lets look at dress up kits such as the APC fake disc brake kits you put behind your rims or the plastic spinner look alike hubcaps people put on there wheels you can make a grill to look like one and maybe sell a grill thats light weight and makes people thingk they have a FMIC then you might as well also make a fake blow off valve that makes the pshhh sound when they drop off hard throttle ups!

I think this is a stupid idea, you can already buy it from somebody else. I would buy it from somebody else.
