I was out smokin a cig on break looking at this riced out honda that was parked.... and a light went off.
We all know those broke honda tuners love to have front mount intercoolers mainly for that race car look.... so.. why not install one that works without the turbo?
So you're asking, huh? Front mount intake, already been done...
What about a front mount radiator? You can get tube and fin intercoolers on ebay for dirt cheap, hell even GReddy are tube and fin, so why not install one up front in your sick ass body kit, remove the chicken wire, and route the piping to the cooling system? Instead of the cool 2.5 in intercooler pipe, just route 1.5in hardline with silicone connectors to the front mount... Bam. Instant front mount "intercooler" on your civic... that's functional.
You'll also get more room in your engine bay with the removal of the radiator from there.
I've already developed a kit, and will be testing it on a civic tonight. The paperwork for copyrights have been submitted. The kit will be forsale for the price of a racing radiator, around $300.
