I don't think you'll pass the visual inspection,I guess it just depends where you go.
DEFINATELY going to need a cat if you want to pass smog. Some shops might require that you install the choking dual cat,or you might get away with a single after market.
I'm still debating whether I will pass with a BIC DDPR going into a single Magnaflow cat!
