My damn factory alarm...

Haha its actually funny i am in need of a driver side lock switch. Mine has been broken for a while and its pretty annoying to have to unlock the car from the passenger side every time. Thinking about just getting a keyless entry kit and wiring it into the lock switch wiring.

I think I'm having this problem. I'm just getting power to a few things though. When the factory alarm is messed up will it cause the power windows and door locks to quit also? I know this is old but could a guy get some help?
