Wow aaron, that sucks! I always keep my precious kitties inside so they don't get hurt...but mine are really old, and don't seem to really mind being inside all of the time LOL....

lol..thats what i use on my shitty neighbors dogs. they used to shit all over my yard...when i go to mow the lawn..the crap gets hit by the mower blades and goes everywhere..what a nice visual:biglaugh:TOMA70E said:

one day i was already in a bad mood when i saw my asshole neighbor let his dog shit on my mailbox post. when i confronted him about it, all he said was sorry. but kept doing it at least 3 or 4 times a week. and sometimes he lets them roam around unnattended. so i went and baught a bb gun. needless to say, his dogs stay out of my yard now.
Holy shit, I was about to get mad about you spending $400 on a cat but I had no idea he got attacked holy shit!

declawing takes away their defense, so letting them outside is a gamble...
dog/cat lover here, and keeping them inside isn't torture, you raise them as companions and domesticate them, they aren't wild (though cats turn feral pretty quick), and usually are attached to you.
Like people they like to go outside at times, with dogs that's easy, with cats, they can go where they please too easily and run away...

He has his claws, but he's a lover not a fighter.

All five cats we've had have been declawed in the front, I was too young to really remember the first three and the fifth is too little but #4 does GREAT with no front claws. He still hunts outside and everything

Thats what I do my g/f's kitty...I slap him or push him around and make him and he jumps in the air for my hand...to grab it with his paws and bite it..lol.
I know there will be other cats out to fight so I train him.

damn im sorry to hear of the kitty, we have a inside cat, declawed and fat. hope he does make a speedy recovery, and Aaron i too would take it to the pound i hate animal crulety the Micheal Vick dog thing (he played college ball in my hometown) has alot of people pissed off!
