I just thought I'd share with you guys my setup for the fog lights installed on my '89 Mark III.
When I purchased this vehicle from the previous owner, he said, "Yeah, the stock fog lights were cracked-"
I interjected, "Oh well, fog lights are cheap. I'll just replace them, no biggie."
He replied to me, leading me to the front of the vehicle, "--You won't have to. I had these installed prior to the inspection..." He then showed me the separate fuse for them and everything. Pretty thorough job.
This is where it gets interesting. For some reason, they didn't wire it to the usual fog light switch; instead they had a new one installed:
AN OMINOUS BIG RED SWITCH UNDER THE STEERING WHEEL!
...I wish it did something cool, like activated rocket launchers or something...
Anyways, thanks for your time!
-Suitcase <3
Edit: Ignore that wire in the last picture -- that's for something completely different (LCD outside temp gauge) -- I'll have more on that, and other things, later.
