Hey everyone. here's my baby. Ive had her for almost 6 years and have never been able to really work on her til now. She's been sitting for a LONG time so she is in pretty bad shape as far as the engine goes. there was a rod knocking before I parked her. Wish me luck lol.

yea its broken though lol. I'll get more pics. the int. is in really good shape for a car that has been sitting for 4+ years. I'm in the process of taking it all out as we speak, just stopped to eat. i'll take some when i'm done eating though.

thats more rust than on the rest of the car total. lot of work but it'll be worth it in the end.

Is there anyone from IN. on this site? I could really use an extra set of hands and another perspective on this car. Any ways I'm hoping to get the rest of the body panels off and get the bumpers and other side skirt on.

got bored and decided to take some pics of the front bumper I bought. Its kinda ricey, but hopefully it will look better on the car.
Actually the whole kit looks ricier than I like, but I haven't seen anyone else with it so at least it's different. Here ya go.

just a quick question, The front bumper seems to be 89+ .Will I need to buy new grilles because my original doesnt look like it will match. Also, I'm thinkin about stayin NA but I'm concerned about the high c\r I will need in order to make decent power. Is 10.5:1 too high for reliability?

OK
wow looks really nice just have to clean it after you are done w/ the build. i think anything over 12:1 is unsafe cuz the car will be relying on high octane and it won't run good on 91 or 93

Don't forget to take it out of 4X4 mode before you finish.

LOL Yeah it was dark blue, but I've sanded most of it off now. The paint was really faded and scuffed up so it looks shitty even when it is clean, I'm thinkin of goin with Flint Mica or a Carbon Blue form the 7th gen Celicas. Not sure yet though. Going to learn how to mold the side skirts on by trial n error. and I want the whale tail or the 3 piece wing off the later mk3's. Just depends on funding cause I'm a broke azz right now.

I just bought a new air compressor today so she's not quite so dusty now. I need to get a kerosene heater for the garage now so I can work on her this winter. I'm hoping to be done by June or July, but we'll see how that goes.
