Don't know if you mentioned it here or elsewhere, but what twins are you running? The USDM or the JDM twins?

JDM twins (CT20) . Haven't done any upgrade on 2jzgte engine yet...
I have only Greddy underdrive pulleys for the moment :sarcasm:
Man this days are way to hot overhere...42' Celcious (110' F),but still 90%
of the power and performance is present, compared with the winter time.
Even though I don't push the car to much with such high temperatures :nono:

Great car. Congratulations !!

Did it come with TEMS or did you add it? It looks to me that you have both TEMS and seat heaters. One of them must have been added later on.

If you added TEMS, was it a big task?

Thanks man.
No it didn't come with TEMS.Euro spec mk3s never came with TEMS system.
I installed the system on my car years ago...It is not a big deal :sarcasm:
With wiring diagrams and some custom wiring,it is not difficult to do it.
I bought the Tokico illumina II - TEMS compatible shocks from US and
Eibach pro kit from Titan Motorsports (Fl) to lower the car 1.2' (3cm) front
and 1.0' (2.54cm) rear. Got the TEMS system (actuators, wiring, tems ecu,
dash tems leds, switch) used from a private seller for 400 euros shipped
to my place!
Yeah.... it had the heated seats on :icon_bigg

This week I installed the HID 8000K xenon system into my headlights...
p1095393_1.jpg

The oil filter relocation kit along with a 10 row...but BIG oil cooler
(16 inch long,8 inch height,2.5 inch thick),now I can change the oil filter
in seconds :biglaugh: Not only that, but I saw a decrease in water temps
by 5 C'degrees and oil temps went down 10-12 C'degrees
p1095393_2.jpg

p1095393_3.jpg

p1095393_4.jpg

Put a Spal 12 inch electric fan (940cfm) with a relay & contoled by a
cockpit switch...:sarcasm: When I turn on the elec. fan I have seen
small demperature drop but it also controls the water temps not to rise as
before...:sarcasm:
p1095393_5.jpg

p1095393_6.jpg

Forgot to show you the Greddy underdrive pulleys :biglaugh:....

A general picture showing the Oil cooler,Intercooler,Power steering coolers,
HID's chargers,Spal electric fan,Electr.fan relay by 'Siemens'...:sarcasm:
p1095393_10.jpg

And by the way, except that I have better braking than before, this calipers
look good also.

p.s. Thanks Martin (from Germany) for the brackets :icon_bigg

And new performance parts are on the way home from Japan and
United States...Keep you posted!

Thanks for the good words everybody :biglaugh:
I try to do my best on upgrading my car....

In some days...new other performace parts will arrive
These parts will not add any HP,but will make the car more efficient
and run with much lower operating temperatures.
But one part will make my smile go high !! :biglaugh::biglaugh:

Let you know soon....

Hi guys!
Update with pictures...Parts that arrived some days ago :biglaugh:

Greddy high performance oil filter
p1131623_1.jpg

p1131623_2.jpg

Sard low temperature thermostat (72'C / 160'F)
p1131623_3.jpg

p1131623_4.jpg

Blitz racing radiator cap (1.3 Bar / 18 psi)
& Sard oil pan drain plug (magnesium plug for catching small metal debris)
p1131623_5.jpg

Redline water wetter
p1131623_6.jpg

Custom coolant hose (for use to by-pass the stock oil cooler.Stock oil cooler
will remain on the block but coolant will stop going through it). I have already
installed an aftermarket (air to oil) oil cooler, between the IC & the A/C condenser...as I have mentioned before on my previous posts :biglaugh:
Will reduce temperatures (oil & water) by 10%...not bad :sarcasm:
p1131623_7.jpg

Custom intake hose 70mm /2.5"inch (For use to make a tunnel for the fresh cool air to make it through the engine bay.One end will be installed near the IC,and the other end will go under the right pop-up light through the fender and exit the hole that used to be the intake hose of the 7M-GTE! Cold air is needed over there, cause the air filters are located and there is the area where the turbos produce heat! )
p1131623_8.jpg

Some more pictures will be added soon, when the parts will be on the vehicle!

Yeap,oem 2jz thermo is 180 F.....
I think you mean to cut open the Greddy oil filter...:sarcasm:
Maybe it should be better to send it to you :biglaugh::biglaugh:
No...I don't have a thermo controled oil cooler, but the climate here
is on the hot side :biglaugh:
But don't worry..I always wait for the oil to reach optimum temps before
I boost the 'jz' ...:biglaugh:

Yeah,it will delay the warm up a little...:biglaugh:
But on hot days the low temp. stat will pay off :biglaugh::biglaugh:

Well...let me give you some infos on the "cool" parts that I have just
installed on my car :sarcasm:

Took it for a drive yesterday with the new stuff on like Blitz oil cooler,
deleted stock oil cooler,Sard low temp. T-stat,Blitz 1.3 bar rad. cap,
70% water / 30% toyota red coolant + Redline water wetter,custom
cold intake pipe to the engine bay (air filter location point).
Ambient temperature at 25'C (77'F).
Man the difference was there from the first spark :biglaugh:
It took about 10 minutes to reach driving temperatures 78'C (170'F),water
temps,and oil temps. at 67'C(154'F).
I also did some street racing last night...just to warm up the 2jz :biglaugh:
A BMW M3,Porsche carrera 997,Seat Leon turbo modified were blown
away :sarcasm::biglaugh: I was boosting 1.1 Bar (16 psi)...was on premium
pump gas!
Raced till 240 km/h (140 mp/h) and the water peaked at 95'C (203'F) and
the oil temp. peaked at 102'C (213'F).....
I saw a temp reduction of 20'F (11'C) on coolant,and 30'F (16'C) on oil
temperatures. That was with the 12' Spal electric fan off (condensor side).
And I am not done yet.A CF hood is on the way..which has air ducts for
the hot air to get away, and one duct for fresh cool air to get in...:sarcasm:
:biglaugh::biglaugh::biglaugh:
