loud.

That's a good looking swap that you've got. Hopefully yours will be as dependable as mine was. Enjoy.

AVCR - its for boost.

nice lookin car.

and does your exhaust go over the subframe in the back or something????

My bad, just saw the silver and blue, didn't look too closely.

Still don't understand why it's covering the tach?

I can answer that.
Well two reasons, first stock Toyota gauges suck for some people! They are totally placed wrong, so there is a high possibility that you wont be able to see all of your tach and speedo. Also, the 1j's sometimes require a converter box to get the tach signal to work. This is about 70-80 bucks. Well, the AVC-r has a tach in it and it will be lower so you can clearly see it.

I placed mine in the middle, but i didn't have a tach for about 5 months because i didn't want to spend the money on the damn kit. I have now done it and i can see 0-2k and then 4-5k, but that is it. :) not very helpful. I could adjust my wheel, but that would just not be as comfortable to drive with, so i often look over at my avc-r to read the tach anyways.
