ok well im resurecting this thread, cause i got a lot of good new groups from it,
just to add to the badass list we have is Sevendust, i know they are kind of old but they kick ass, and so does illnino.

you guys have some pretty good taste in music. i'm still stuck in the 80's....
my picks:

manowar, gammaray, blind guardian, judas preist, brainstorm, night wish, dokken, iced earth, yngwie malmsteen, hammerfall, helloween, dionysus, narnia, angra, 3 inches of blood, luca turilli, etc..

all great music to drive to in the car. when i autocross or drive around late at night i occasionally put on some of the songs from initial d, just because im weird like that... :gotrice:

i just started listening to them recently. i think its great for driving out to the mine when im late for work and miss the bus. im not sure what it is i like about them but i do enjoy their music... what little i can hear over open downpipe...
