moving gas needle

I changed the fuel filter 3 months ago and for some reason before changing the filter i noticed that my gas needle moves up then down alittle.Is this a sign of the fuel pump getting ready to go or maybe the fuel pressure regulator as well?

Mine does that. when i take a turn the needle goes all the way to empty. Talked to a toyota tech and he thinks its the sensor that sits in the gas tank.

when you fill my car up youll be at a stop light sitting and the gauge will slowly fall all the way below E the first time it did it i shit myself and started lookin for a hole in my tank.

after about a 1/4 of the tank is gone its fine.
