NCFOM coulda been better, had a good thing going until 3/4 of the way.

Recent movies i did like:
Awake, loved the twist and Jessica Alba
Shoot Em' up, non stop action...love Monica Beluci*
Stardust...lol i thought it was ok, gay Robert Dinero = Funny.

have watched other newer movies but memory fails me atm.

No Country was good I thought. Javier Bardem was badass.
Micheal Clayton was good, slow but I enjoyed it.
Shoot Em' Up was a silly action movie I still can't figure out why people took it so seriously.

Hitman sucked massive donkey balls, nothing at all like the source material.
Doomsday was alright, not the best movie ever but entertaining enough just don't take it too seriously.
The Bank Job was good as well.
Jumper sucked.

3:10 to Yuma was pretty well done, I liked the choice of actors, they portrayed their characters very well.

Beowulf kinda sucked....I was disappointed.

Has anyone seen 30 Days of Night yet? Haven't really heard anything about it, I want some reviews before I spend the money on it.

I just saw Doomsday, and, well... don't go in expecting much, and you'll probably have a good time. There are some seriously funny bits in there, but I don't give a shit HOW tough you think your car is, you cannot drive it through an exploding bus.

Cause we don't have ADD.

I watched Open Range and didn't fall out. I think you could put all the actual scenes of content from this movie together and it would run 30min tops. Seriously each characters entire script could have been printed on an single sheet of paper 12pt double spaced and have room left over. The real killer for me is lack of a soundtrack and character interaction. I watch a movie to be entertained not put to sleep.:sarcasm:
