about 4 months ago, by kw auto in truxton mo, a different person did the head work, i just took it to kw auto for the full assembly of the shortblock, and he put the head on and assembled the longblock. The head guy (button automotive in o'fallon mo) said he put the cam clearances a bit on the loose side (as in if clearances had to be .008-.013, he would set them to .013) and he said they would tighten up during break in.88supraFAST1;1099959 said:first things first how long ago was it built, who built it, maybe you should take it back to them or call them. also 0- 10 could just be the valves also check to make sure that the timing is right with the cams and the crank, make sure none of the cams are to tight. then if nothing happens you could try to just get it to spin or take it apart. but that your call. what i would do is take the oil pan off and see whats goin on.
