Usually I would check my timing next but I know yours is computer controlled so not much I know of that you can do.

I was at jaws on sat and that white mk4 was doing that. Swapped the Ecu and everything worked, it had a bad knock sensor as well.
That guys car is quite a bit of ghetto though....

Check for vacuum leaks.

It probably was. Look at the crash bumper, even some mounting tabs int he sheet metal were Fed up. Oh well, at least I got to drive it in the parking lot.

So after a hiccup with the ignitor...car runs and drives good. Feeling a slight popping - missing but I need to adjust the TPS > It is out of whack because I did it lol .. Also the coil plugs are not good. All this is happening Monday .... off from work so the car gets some quality time with me.

Thanks to Evolution, I was able to pick a ignitor locally for a great deal
