Modified 4.6 Mustang throttle body on a 7MGE

found this website that modifies 4.6 mustang throttle bodies to fit the 7MGE....what is you take on this?

I note it hasn't actually been done. And if you are using the stock air flow sensor, there is absolutely no point.
