Im trying to scrounge up money to buy a quick release hub for a steering wheel im hoping to get soon haha. No way I could afford another Supra.

i would say the best year is the 89+ w/ an 86-88 front bumper on it minus the headlight washers, w-out sawblades, ateast the 91-92 turbo wheels.
perferably a darker color.
reason to the 89+ with older fron bumper is the ease ofswaping in a jz motor into them.
im dieing for the day my engin bay looks with a 2jz vvti single turbo, 4inch exhaust..

I like the stock 87 turbo look the most (that's why I have one 
) But I still LOVE the white packages...there's just something about them...

how about an 88 without sawblades, 89+ tailights, 3-piece spoiler, and leather interior with 89+ climate control, and a 6 speaker system out of a 91, power antenna & rear wiper shaved, hard top.... in grey metallic with black/grey two tone leather interior...:naughty:
I would have to say the 90. and if you were talking about one of the doppest supra's I would have to say Manny Akim.
Depends what you want. There is no 100% right answer, and it will all vary based on preference. There is no one year where it has everything someone will want I don't think.
The best year is whatever year you can find in the best shape you can find. Unless you have a specific car you're looking for. Like I want a Teal Turbo Targa 5-speed with Shadow Grey Leather, so if I want that, it obviously means I have to get 91-92. I love my 88.

1991 supras rule!!!!!!! I usually regard everyones oppinion's highly, but on this one I cannot be swayed any direction. 1991 all the way baby...........lol

I have both an 87 and 90, both turbo. I have driven both for about as long as the other (both while the other was broken). I like the 90 way more than the 87. I would like to have the rare 92, and the larger door speakers it comes with. Not sure what color I would want, probably grey like my 90. I hate white (like my 87) cause there are so damn many white Supras, but the 92 white pkg is nice.
