It's weird, but I was just watching Initial D First Stage a few hours ago. The show never gets old.

IIRC, there is suppose to be a MKIV that runs against the FD RX7 in an uphill battle in the manga. If there is ever a fifth stage maybe it'll be in there.

wow good eye. never noticed it before, but it is a bit of a blur unless your watching for it.

also initial d is what got me into modding cars(when he got the 20v 4ag swap done), more so than the F&F craze.....

also this grey 89 seems to be part of the red suns racing team. i see it again in 2nd stage episode 7 at 10:57 parked by a 240

I always saw the red MKIV cruising with the Redsuns, whenever they were on the Mt. Akagi(Redsuns turf) and on Mt. Akina in the first stage, whenever the Redsuns showed up to race Takumi.
