So I thought I would share my progress so far with my restoration build. The car started out as an 87 turbo with the stock 7M. The previouse owner converted it to the 89-92 style. I've completely stripped the car down to the shell. I've done some rust repair, but need to do a little more around the rear quarters. I was toying with the idea of a mild custom wide body, but after trying some ideas, I thought i would concentrate on other aspects of the build. I might revisit the idea later, but we'll see.
The plan for the car is a full refurbish/restoration of every component. I'm upgrading and replacing the usual things as I go like the suspension, camber, control and traction arms.
I will be installing a 2JZGTE and aiming for 450-500 rwhp.

Getting right down to it
Custom stand/cart I built to move the car around and work underneath.
Front subframe removal
Pulling out the rear.
Interior removed.
Ran into some of the rust I knew was on the car.

Got the front and rear subframes back from the powder coater.
New Ronie K subframe bushings
Front lower control arms
More parts back from the powder coater.
Brand new bits and bolts
New control, camber, traction arms
