I've often found that the issue with malfunctioning CC is linked to out of adjustment switches on the clutch / brake pedals. I'd suggest checking those first.

Of course, I hope you're good at lying upside down on the drivers seat, with all the blood in your body rushing to your head, holding a penlight in your teeth.

I've found that dropping the seat back all the way, and moving your ass up to just on the top half of the seat, with feet in the back seat area works pretty well. This worked really well for me while installing my glove box/ECU. Your shoulders should lie right where you need it.

LMAO!!! :biglaugh:

OR, you could just pull the seat and lie down normally. Put down a folder up blanket or a heavy jacket to lie on so the hump that's under the seat doesn't bother your back so much for the whopping two minutes you're down there. ;)

What should you look for?

Switches that are out of adjustment. For instance, my clutch switch had backed off just enough that it was always sending the clutch pedal is DOWN signal to the CC computer. It was a simple matter to reset the switch, and my CC started working again immediately.
