I recently got a MK4 NA igniter from my friend.
Can I possibly use this on my 7M-GTE?
I looked at the TSRM of MK4 and MK3. Wirings seem pretty much the same. However, I am not sure about the one wire goes to ECU. Are MK3's"IGF" and MK4"IGDB" the same signal?
Anyone have installed the igniter on the 7M-GTE?

The 2 igniters work differently if I understand the systems correctly. Also your 7M diagram is incorrect, not sure where it came from, but mine from Toyota is slightly different. Also you seem to have the diagrams backwards in your head, haha. Read on...

As I understand it: On the 2JZ, there are 3 separate IGT signals, the ECU controls each coil directly through the igniter (IGT1 for coil 1, IGT2 for coil 2, and IGT3 for coil 3). On the 7M there is only 1 IGT signal, and then 2 other signals (IGdA and IGdB) control which coil the IGT signal is meant for (IGdA for coil 1, IGdB for coil 2, and both (or neither... can't remember 100%) IGdA and IGdB for coil 3). A confirmation signal is then sent back to the ECU on IGF, the same type of confirmation is used in both setups.

Everything else matches up correctly, however the differences in how the igniter is triggered means using the 2JZ is not possible.
