Woah you replied like before I posted the thread lol.

So nonturbos come with 2jzge...Do they require the same modifications as 7mges if you want to slap a turbo on them (pistons, oilcooler, driveshaft bla blah..)?

Also what manual transmissions do both the turbo and non-turbo mk4's come with (dont turbos come with 6-speed and nonturbo with 5-speed?)

The 2JZ-GE is actually very capable of producing 600+ RWHP with a stock bottom end from what I've read. The compression ratio is only 9.2:1 (anyone correct me if I'm wrong) and it is, after all, a 2JZ. That alone says a lot.

^ yea overnight parts from japan somehow managed to replace the twisted windshield frame with boltons.

what i like more is his 3D rendering and animation of the final car on a floppy disc. If he can pull that off then he SHOULD go to MIT.

So, what was the "official" story with that car? Did they supposedly go N/A-t or straight swap? :p

Well that is not that hard, as my girlfriend does similar work at Caltech, MIT is not simply a tech school, although the name is a bit misleeding, it offers much more. As for teaching there, that would be pathetic.

Behind the keyboard...
Get into your 3d stuff... a typical lowpoly 3D Studio max file fits on every single floppy... maybe even a highpoly model. The animation itself was nothing but a slideshow...

Not trying to defend the movie but it'd possible allright;)
