He looks like he may have worked on it with that greasy sweat shirt. That's usually what I look like after working on the car all day.

I'm not exactly sure that bouncing it off the limiter is necessary to do a good burnout...

I'd be surprised if any of those folks own that car...

Seriously abusive.

My EXACT thought, and the grubby guy with the dirty shirt was prolly the mechanic working on it. I swear you can hear the word 'tire' near the end(and that guy stop him before he does another reverse to first smokey:naughty:); as if to say the fucking owner is gonna notice he's got no tires left.

I could smell the clutch burning from my office chair.

A lesson as to why you should never let anyone impressed by your car work on it.

Theresa & I will not leave our cars anywhere to be worked on. I do all the mechanical work, but for things like having tires changed, I stand there and watch them do it. I also pull the car on and off the lift. If a shop won't let me do this, I don't do business there. Our tire shop is pretty used to this now and they just know not to even ask for the keys when I bring a MKIV in.

Most mechanics understand why, and ask questions about the cars while working on them.

None of our cars leave our sight when someone else is in possession of the keys.

Yea I know exactly what you mean. No one touches my cars unless I'm there.
But man that video made me laugh so hard.

Yup, I waited 4 frickin hours when I got my windsheild replaced...Good peace of mind. Everything else only yours truly can even look at my car with a tool in hand, lol.

looks like tarrytown NY, but im wrong cuz a lot of places look like that, maybe Bronx, Yonkers or anywhere not on LongIsland...

Ohh and whats the point of rev limiting it on a burnout? i always thought that was rlly bad. but i do not drive a manual supra so i dont really know.

Nice car. Too bad it's being abused. I didn't know you needed to reverse before doing a burnout!:nono:

Vid works now. ::w00t::

That guy seems hyper ass hell in the vid. :3d_frown:

Burnout was sweet but, I would never do a burnout at a place like that (in between cars), I would have to be at an open area.
