does any one here use the supper trapp exhaust system if so do they like it, and can i add a BOV on my stock 7m turbo

You can add a bov to your stock turbo. Here's a link on upgrades to your car that may or may not help you.

Get rid of that HKS intake, it lets through LOTS of dirt compared to other filters in it's price range.

Intake: Apex-i
BOV: A recirculated HKS SSQV would be my choice, but this is mostly a matter of opinion. There are lots of fantastic BOV's out there. TiAL makes a great one as well as many others. Do some research, search youtube, etc...
