I want to do this to mk3 I love the standing mile events! Except mine would be a built 2j. Other than that a setup like this with all that weight loss is something to reckon lol

Currently setting up my Toy for a local standing 1000M event if I can get it tuned by then ;)

Standing mile would be so much more fun though that extra 600M would let it really stretch it's legs!

Thanks guys! So far, the fastest I've seen was the MK3 in Finland running 202.6. We'd like to beat that :icon_bigg

Nice, how much power are you expecting and what kmh are you hoping for?

Still on our list is the 13in BBK from AZP, stage 3 R154 from Jacks Transmissions, bushings, and another steering rack. After that, I'd like to see what aero modifications I can do to help at those speeds.

Nothing yet, we'll probably take a spare just in case. In the future I'd like to get the fancy Cobra 8.8 setup like James Ward

Texas Mile is only 2 weeks away!

Some updates we've been doing on the car...

Fidanza adjustable cam gears and ID2000's. Switched the car back to E85 :icon_bigg



Got the cage primed and painted using Eastwood Chassis Paint.
