I just read through the thread instead of skimmed it.

Rule Of thumb: If it's vital or moves; Avoid Ebay and try to extend your budget. Unless you have experience with the product.

yes but they are not that readily avaialble. There is a lot more work that goes on in converting the Bilsteins like TIP does. I've seen the work

I'm talking "china" made stuff...........

Not Name Brand JE's.....

I've bought pleanty of name brand stuff on Fleabay. I just bought a bluetooth headset.

Avoid stuff like Turbos on Ebay. (Unless you know something about them)

ive used several similiar setups on plenty of racecars. they are good and easy way of doing things, its all in the quality of the products you're purchasing.

as far as those so called ebay coilovers ive never used them, but havent heard any positive feedback from anyone using them.

thats what i thought, just wanted to make sure...
i still love how every car has a set of 'coil-overs' on ebay...

suprastanger: I'm using off the shelf dampeners. He asked me for information on the car, and sent me a particular set of springs and sleeves. I paid... much more than the e-bay stuff, and getting the set-up was a bit tricky(my first time), but it's worth every penny :)
