Misfire issues

I recently had a BHG so i had my head rebuilt.
New seals and what not, ARP's with OEM gasket,(Funds were too low to remove the block and get it machined.)

From my knowledge everything seems to be where it's suppose to be at. Only question is some Sender under the intake manifold, and a vacuum port on the rear of the upper intake which i can't seem to locate it and it's not in the vacuum diagram.

The car fires right away and rev's up a bit before settling down to idle and then it just idles really rough which seems to be a misfire.

I've looked for missing connections or vacuum hoses but can't find none other then the ones i previosly named.

Another thing i noticed is AllData has numbered their coilpacks 1,6,3,4,5,2 and on the packs itself the 2 and 5 are in opposite positions. That is also boggling.

Any suggestions, diagnostics or help is very appreciated.
It's been a while since it's been running!!

Thanks,
Jose

got pics? check for vacuum leaks? got cps timing right? how about a secondary ground wire off the coil packs to a good ground, that helps things out.

Im resetting the CPS and i seem to have got it right the last time, so i'm going to do it again i suppose.
The secondary ground of the coil pack is bolted onto the head.
I've been checking for vacuum leaks but i can't seem to find any.
I'll try to take a pic of the sender and that open vacuum port with my phone. it's just by itself on the top manifold pointing towards the firewall.

I think I know what you're talking about not really awake though lol.. how about actual cam timing? one tooth goes along way in funky behavior if the timing is off. new spark plugs?

Actually cam timing seems right on the money. If you give me your email i can send you pics straight from the phone, i dont feel like uploading them on the shop's computer and doing all that to get on here right now.
I do have new plugs and wires, timing belt aswell.
Ace from Zankoku sold me some Nitro Iridium racing plugs.
Perhaps the gaps they use are for high boost applications?
I will check gaping.

If it is the small vacuum port right above the EGR port on the intake manifold, that should go to a tee at the firewall that feeds your cruise control, boost sensor and heater control valve.

Alright cool, i found that T, it was hiding behind another hose.
Now is there is a temp sender underneath or around the lower intake plenum?
I seem to have forgotten where that is placed.

Any other suggestions? I'm pretty lost as I believe I checked everything. Maybe I should make a checklist. I might replace all my vacuum lines in hope that one was leaking somewhere?
