I have a trailer full of metal, and I don't have it.
It's T4 flange size for my turbo, 1+ inch thick . 1 1/8 would be great. It's not really scrap, unless you deal with lots of stainless.
What do you want for it.

Good question. My plan is to weld the flat side of the spacer to the existing flange on my manifold. I will have holes drilled perpendicular to the tapered side and they will be tapped for studs so the turbo will bolt down nicely.
My other option is to cut the flange off the manifold, and extend the area where all the tubes merge, but I am not too fond of that idea.
Right now my compressor housing is touching a tube on the manifold, so I gotta do something.
Ahh I see. Curious why you need to taper yours? I need to taper mine to make sure the turbo will fit under my intercooler pipe.
My manifold is cast so welding a spacer to it may not work. I was thinking two plates/flanges with a tube between it. THen again the fab shop has a CNC machine so maybe a tapered spacer could be machined out on the perimeter so that it can bolt to the manifold and then the other and can take studs. Hmmm

It would probably work with a smaller turbo, but mine hits on the housing before the flange. I have two 1/2" spacers, but they don't fix the problem. I may just cut the thing apart.
