lsd probably shouldnt be done by anyone, but the insights it can help bring you can change your life.
it changed my life and probably saved me from becoming an alcoholic.
interestingly enough, lsd was tested for a long time as a treatment for alcoholics.
mind you, i was never a full blown alcoholic. but i was drinking way too much (nearly every day for a while) and i was doing so for the wrong reasons.
drugs should never be done in order to numb your emotions or escape reality.
if you are a happy person (honestly) and can ignore your own feelings and just enjoy the experience lsd brings you, its really something else that is worth trying once in safe conditions.
with that said, i firmly believe that if EVERYONE tripped on acid and understood their experience that there would be no more wars, famine, or other humanly preventable horrors.

Lagged, I was just going to add exactly what you said. you should take drugs to enjoy life, not to dull the pains you have from life. Also, I hope you are just experimenting with different drugs and I truly hope that you do not become addicted tot hem because I have lost many close friends to drugs and you still have your whole life ahead of you.

too many of my friends are hooked doing coke and OCs, im able to see what not to let happen to my self second hand. unfortunatly im not sure what to do about my friends.
i dont really like smoking pot too much. if i smoke too much i trip and it really hits me off guard, being unprepared for a psychedelic experience isnt fun to me.

Seems like we have very similar friends, well I do not hang out with many people anymore because most of them turned to coke, heroin, x, etc. I mean I smoke pot and drink every now and then, but it is def. not everyday and I will never let myself move on to harder drugs becaue like you stated, I saw what happens first hand. I may try some, but once is enough for me as I do not want to ruin my life, esp. when I am so young and have so much more life to live.
Just be careful will because your life can get out of your control a lot faster than you think, but also have fun because that is what life is about.
