And on the topic of you being under the legal BAC. Unless you breathalyzed yourself, you have no way of knowing you were under. Even then, at that point- You are still impaired. Your reaction times, without you even noticing are dulled. All in all creating the perfect foundation for a situation in which you kill someone.
