on a stock motor wat could i boost at safley, with out goin boom.i have the usual exhust,manifold,intercooler and pipe all upgraded

The question is very vague. If you wanted to you could just get a gigantic intercooler and water injection to handle higher boost pressures. In that situation, it wouldn't be the boost that the stock engine components couldn't handle, it would be the power.
