I'm having problems with going in to first gear. The first time it happened I was just pulling off in the parking lot and I was like WTF. At first I could wiggle it in neutral then put it in 1st. Now I have to put it in second then first and its ok. Whats worn out?

Any other gears feel different?

If yes, Check clutch fluid to make sure its not low.

Reverse sometimes grinds if I don't wiggle it. After that 2-5 gear are just fine

Reverse doesn't have a syncro, so it's norml for it to be a bit tough to go in.

Are you speaking about trying to go into first while moving? If so you need to rev match...

No, its ok if I'm moving or rolling putting it into first. Its trying to go from a stop. I was wondering if that was the linkage binding possibly since I can still put it all the way in first if I shift into second then to first. Also when I got the car at first it was hard to shift into first sometimes but it stop doing that soon after
