there should be a hose going from the turbo compressor side outlet to the wastegate actuator approx 3" long..

install the hose from the actual turbo to the inlet side of the boost controller (indicated by an arrow usually, for inlet). and the outlet side goes to the wastegate.

basically your just taking that vacuum line and putting in an in-line valve to restrict the psi, therefore fooling the wastegate and allowing more boost.

Vac line goes into mbc from wastegate and wherever u get your boost reading from, ie intake mani. Twist to increase pleasur...er...uh... Boost lol

Maybe I'm misunderstanding the information but aren't these two different answers??

listen to the first response. its just a variable valve that goes in between your turbo and your wastegate. simple
