hey guys i searched and found nothing on this subject, im lookin to put a ebay 200 buck t3t4 (i kno its a junk turbo and im not trying o discuss its quality but i dont have 1500 for a gt35r so this will hold me over) and i need a T3 adaptor for the stock manifold. i found these:

on ebay and there for an mr2 but from what i understand the MR2 turbo is the same as the supra turbo but its got a divided exhaust housing right? pretty much im just wondering if i buy that adaptor will that make the ebat t3t4 bolt up to a stock manifold?

hey thats pretty neat. dont say ebay turbos are junk, im runing a SSA one and boosting 18psi out of it daily. but anyways as long as your ebay turbo has a t3 flange on it that should work fine. then figuring out a WG and dump tube is next.

well my concern is that since its made for an MR2 with a diffrent turbo location if itll still fit right, i kno i think its 935 motorsports sells an adaptor just liek this one but i didnt kno if anyone has experiance with these. and i dont think ebay turbos are junk its just it seems like every time i mention i wana get an ebay 200 dollar t3/t4 everyones like "the bearings will fall apart" or the "compressor will explode".

so this manifold adaptor will work on a MK3 89 turbo supra to allow a T3 turbo to be used with no problems like strut tower contact or anything?

Going to be really tight if it does fit!

I made my own and had to angle the flanges to get it in!

mine is clocked the same as yours but i did not need angled flange for mine

I ordered one of the adaptors last night, and i just held my t3/t4 in the area it will sit and it looks like it will just clear the shock tower

Has anyone made something like this but t4-t4 that is angled better for the ebay manifolds?

I come from a land down under
Chunks: Doh sorry thought you were running a tubular!

Ryan: We have the Brake and Clutch Masters on that side and I needed a little room for the actuator.

Blackout: Would be easy enough to do T4>T4!

88SupraMan: let us kno how everything fits.

also i found a thread on another site and it had an adaptor that didnt have a wastegate port it was like a half inch think piece of steel with cutouts to use bolts to attach it to the manifold and then had studs for the turbo side. the guy that had it said he bought it from i think it was 935 motorsports but now they only sell the external port style, anyone still sel the adaptor without the port??

Sweet! Thanks for the pics.

I can fab it up pretty easily, its the angles that I am going to have to do a little work with. Mine currently is just a solid stock of steel with a t4 flange cut out of it but I really am not liking the way the turbo sits parallel to the engine, and the space for a downpipe is tight.
