Ok, when I pull the throttle cable/arm there is an instant pause before the rpms go up... Why? What can I do to make this more fluid?
Is this too vague? lol :aigo: :1zhelp: :aigo:

i know this post is old...but im having the same problem now......what did you do to solve your problem?Reign_Maker said:Im gunna try that... I think that might be the problem too... I was thinking that or the TPS... But I'll try adjusting the vpc...
It didnt do this before I dyno tuned it, and with all the knob turning and button pushing, I may have turned the response not menaing to, or something... Or maybe I need to adjust it now that I tuned out everything else...
I need a wideband, I wanna street tune this thing...
Thanks guys...
Sounds like a dead spot on the potentiometer. I don't know anything about adjusting a VPC.Reign_Maker said:No, its not that IJ... ITs more like, hmmm, how can I describe this? Im sure we've all had this thing happen... You pull the throttle open quickly, and its almost like it sucks in air for an rpm pause and then revs... Instead of a steady rev in the rpm's, it has a slight studder or pause before it reacts... Could it be my TPS or one of the many other sensors? Or should I make an adjustment on the vpc?
I hope Im describing this "problem" correctly...
