So i cleaned my ISCV, car started fine. I turned it off, unplugged the EFI for like 15 seconds and now car will not start. When the keys in it makes the normal beep, but once i try to start it it loses all power it sounds like and makes the beep a real low, boop, type tone. My Main Fuse relay in the fusebox under the hood, is making this really weird poping type noise when i try and start the car. Is that normal? Is there any way i can test it? Oh i did test my battery and it was 12.4 volts and my alternator (alt+ to bat -) tested good too. Please help!!!!!!

Yeah, a battery should stay above 9.8V under half it's rated CCA load for 10 seconds. If it drops below that it's either done or on it's way out. Give it a jump first like MK3runner said, see if you can get it going that way. If your in car beeper is changing to a lower pitch, it's not getting the voltage that it wants which means something in the delivery isn't working properly. First thing I would do is get the battery charged on a trickle charger, and then properly load tested. A load test obviously won't give you accurate results if your battery is already half drained (which it very likely is right now).
It was the battery. Threw it in my moms rolla and it did the same shit. I called toyota and canceled that order for the fuse, and now i get to go fight with napa about there battery. Also, anyone ever get funky weird codes from there turbo timer after a battery dies? Mine gives me like OCO or something weird now, no longer lets the car idle. Kinda pissed. Oh, and my check engine light did come back on, so ima somehow try and blame the dead o2 on napa. We'll see.
