MAFT problem

MAFT wires:

pink = 12 volts
black = ground
gray = BARO/HAC
Brown = IAT (air temp)
purple = aux trigger
white = RPM (IGT)
green = MAF signal

Well yes I know the black is ground. Im saying my ground is hooked up to a brown wire, which Im assuming is another ground. I think...hmmm maybe I should just hook up the ground to something else and see what happens...If its the ground causing all of this then how is it still turning on? Just enough power to throw the light on I guess.. Thanks bob I appreciate the help..

Ok the translator is bad, re grounded it better, still have the red LED coming on.. Time for a new Translator, anyone selling one?! :)

I have one now, but i dont know if im selling it, i plan on going maft-pro soon. so i dont know. the box was working perfect for me, but the car has been sittin for 3 months with the motor out of it now. so i dunno if that affects it, i dont wanna say yes im selling it, and turns out to be a bad one because it sat for a while or something. where r u located at?

Probably just needs the main chip replaced, PM me your address......

It just plugs in, easy to do.
