i just wanna know if i could run the lexus maf with the stock injectors or with a stock 7mgte, would it make any difference, is any tuning involve.

For the record, The Lexus upgrade is still an Air Flow Meter.
Again, a tip for future reference, Search for something before you make a post when there are probably 1,000 threads already made on the same subject. I don't mean to sound like a dick, but it gets frusterating to all of us to have the same thread created over and over and over.
To be nice...Yes - You could "run" it...No, it will not "run" right, unless you've got something to deliver more fuel to compensate for the extra air flow you're now getting. If you want to be safe, get 550cc fuel injectors.
