what are you running for static pressure on the afpr.440's are stock size injector's on a 7m,so maybe something else is up.i'm not familiar with the vpc/safc combo on a 7m ecu.i'm not sure how it does pulling fuel at cruise speed.i have a stock ct you can try.it has a cracked exhaust hosing,so you would need to swap your's on.koreyd;1253988 said:

i pulled the turbo saturday. everything looked fine no oil where it shouldnt be. my main issue right now is keeping it running.i think the c.o.r. is overheating and sticking open. but when ihave fuel pressure its set at 38 psi. so here is what happens the first time i start her she runs fine but the 2nd time there is no pressure. after that its hit or miss. its starting todrive mecrazy. gonna try wiring around the c.o.r and see how that works for me
also i am using 87 turbo injectors but ibelieve they arelow impedence so that shouldnt be causing aproblem
yes she does start and run at idle sometimes
but realized yesterday that i didn't have anymore gas in her
and ran out of daylight so i will get back there this weekend
and try to get it all sorted out

Yup, I had to do the clutch master and slave cylinder in the fall. Not too bad but definetly a bitch being 6'1" crawling under there.
